Currently we are building the largest shopping mall in Pune, constructing more than 2000 residential homes and would be rolling out 4 new hotels. Also on the anvil are mixed use development, integrated townships, commercial real estate and upscale residences.

Over the last 25 years we have created landmarks and set precedents. In 1998 we brought the first international hotel to Pune, Le Meridien. We set up The Residency club, which was the first lifestyle leisure club in Pune. In 2003 we were the first to launch a residential project with 100 amenities 'Bramha Suncity' that became a benchmark thereafter. It has been adjudged as the 'Best upcoming residential township of the year 2005 – 2006.
