You will be responsible for the buildings / site allotted to you from start to finish which will include execution of day-to-day activities, controlling and monitoring planning, contractors, co-ordination with consultants etc and keeping track of work as per bar charts to ensure timely and efficient completion of work. Hand on experience of quality control & finishing activities will be an added advantage.

You will be responsible to lead the Maintenance team of the Hotel / Club by ensuring proper maintenance / upkeep/ corrective and preventive maintenance schedules of the services i.e. Electrical / Plumbing / AC / Generators, day-to-day activities, co-ordination with other department heads, consultants etc. Experience in the 4 -5 star hotels / Hospitality industry will be given preference.
